How a session works
You sit with it. We do it.
Every setup is done live, with a person, while you watch. Nothing happens on your computer that you can’t see.

Pick a slot that suits you and pay up front. You’ll get a text reminder the day before.

Be at the computer
Sit at the machine you want set up, connected to the internet. Your technician sends a link that lets them see and use your screen, only for as long as you allow.

We set it up
The technician installs, configures and tests everything while explaining what they’re doing in plain English.

Try it together
Before we hang up, you use it yourself and we fix anything that isn’t right. Then the connection closes.
Yes, you could do it yourself.

Is it safe to let you on my computer?
You start the connection, you see everything the technician does, and you can end it at any time with one click. When the session ends, so does our access.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to be at the computer, connected to the internet, with a bit of free space on the drive. We handle the rest and explain as we go.
Does Take a Memo send my voice anywhere?
No. The speech recognition runs on your own computer. It works without an internet connection once it’s installed.

Both. Tell us which when you book so the right technician joins you.
What if something stops working later?
Get in touch and we’ll sort it out. Business systems we set up come with monthly looking-after, so we usually spot problems before you do.
